The filter has a filtering unit (12) that is arranged in a filter box (4). Side outlet passages (10) are distributed on the entire transversal section of the filtering unit. The filtering unit presenting a honeycomb structure has a catalytic liner made of active units, for continuous regeneration of ethanolamine, contained in an exhaust gas, deposited on the filter. The filtering unit has a set of parallel flow passages that are closed alternately at an inlet side and at an outlet side so that the particles of ethanolamine are deposited against inner walls of open passages. An independent claim is also included for a particle filtering system for diesel fuel comprising a particle filter.
