The unit (38) is connected in a pivoting manner around a pivoting axis (28) to a connection unit (22). The unit (22) is fixed to elastic rails that provide support for a windscreen wiper blade. A locking stud (34) is inserted into a cavity (16) of the wiper arm, when the windscreen wiper blade is in the operating position.
