The device has a connecting unit fixed by clamps (14) to elastic rails of a windscreen wiper blade (10), and a connection unit (16) fixed at an end of a windscreen wiper arm (26). The connection unit is connected in a pivotable manner to the connecting unit. The connection unit has, on its upper side (30), a deflector structure (20) between an upstream stop (36) and a downstream stop (38). The gap between the connecting and connection units is closed. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a windscreen wiper blade fixed to a windscreen wiper blade and windscreen wiper arm connecting device (2) a windscreen wiper arm fixed to a windscreen wiper blade and windscreen wiper arm connecting device.
