The device has two clip shaped hemispheric parts (5) that are elastically brought closer for the introduction of a ball joint (3) in a spherical cavity of a pivoting lever (1). The clip shaped hemispheric parts are elastically separated from each other by a slit (8) extending relative to a plane of symmetry containing a longitudinal axis of the rod and a traversing drilling (9) of the ball joint communicating with the slit. The slit permits to bring closer the two clip shaped hemispheric parts. The ball joint is blocked by the elastic spacing between the parts.
