The fins (13) have an assembly (14) of blades (1) separated between them by openings and inclined in same direction with respect to a plane part (18) of the fins for changing the circulation direction of the fluid (17). An upstream edge of the blades has secondary fins (2) which are inclined with respect to the corresponding blade. Each fin (2) has maximal width along a flow direction lower than the width of the corresponding blade along the same direction.
