The assembly has seats (19, 29) disposed side by side along a transversal direction. The seat (29) is mounted movable between normal utilization and raised positions. The seat (29) is tilted towards the front of a vehicle, in the raised position. Carriages are mounted sliding along guides, respectively. The seats, guides and the carriages are adapted such that, when the seat (29) is in the raised position and the seat (19) is in a normal utilization position, the seats (19, 29) come close together by sliding the carriages on the guides, respectively.
