The device has a funnel receiver (2) for receiving the wastages (1), and a nozzle for filling bags (8), which are connected in the form of a chain, where the chain of bags floats on water (20) at the end of storage of wastages. The bags are presented under the nozzle and adjusted so that the nozzle is in cooperation with an opening of the bag, where the bag is in the form of a bowl. The wastages are pushed by an endless screw (11') in the nozzle, where the screw is driven by a motor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a ship comprising an organic/mineral wastage embossing device in an integrated or removable manner; and (2) a string of bag playing a role of a floating boom in the case of oil pollution.
