Compressed air engine, has pedal system whose rotation makes compressed air to communicate with piston bodies during fraction of turn of pedal system, and air purge valve that releases pressure in cylinders during return of system
The engine has a pedal system rotating in a synchronous manner with an engine axle (11) which drives a rotative pressure distributor. The rotation of the pedal system makes compressed air, stored in a tank, to communicate with piston bodies (13) during a fraction of a turn of the pedal system. An air purge valve (25) is placed at compressed air inlet of each body for permitting to release the pressure in cylinders during the return of the pedal system. The valve is triggered by an electromagnetic system controlled by electric contacts activated by a set of cams.
