The device has short and long pistons that are displaced opposite to each other. A rectangular bearing (5) rotates around an axis of a crankshaft (1) so that horizontal and vertical axes of the bearing are parallel to each other, for transforming rotational movement into an alternating movement. Bearings (4, 8) and rollers are placed between an excentric part (3) and the bearing (5), for transforming a rotational movement into a double alternating movement. Elementary pistons (21, 33, 57,60) are provided in each of cylinders. Valves are provided whose shape and weight are modified.
