The convertible has a hard top which is opened manually. This is made up of a rear section (3) which is pivoted on the car bodywork (12) and a front section (2) pivoted on the front edge of the rear section. The sections are first raised and then lowered into the boot with the front section on top. Piston and cylinder units (8) attached to the base of the rear section assist lifting and act as shock absorbers as the sections are lowered.
