Mutant mycelium Phellinus sp J21 derived from Phellinus sp, useful e.g. to reduce the damage of hepatic function presenting a thrombolytic activity

Mutant mycelium Phellinus sp. J21(in the order of KCTC, 10847 base pairs) derived from Phellinus sp.. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparation of an alcoholic beverage comprising irradiation of Phellinus sp.with 254 nm UV radiation for 30 minutes and transplantation of the irradiated strain daily for 30 days to prepare Phellinus sp. J21(in the order of KCTC, 10847 base pairs), cultivation of Phellinus sp. J21in the nutrition medium and mixing of koji, steamed rice and water at a ratio of 2:3:5 and cultivation of the mycelium with the mixture; and (2) an alcoholic beverage prepared using a mycelium Phellinus sp. J21. ACTIVITY : Thrombolytic; Antilipemic; Cytostatic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase stimulator; Glutamate pyruvate transaminase stimulator.
