The device has a conical shaped hollow body (1) with an envelope constituted by hollow stage segments (2, 2`, 2``, 2```) connected between them by intermediate envelope portions (3, 3`, 3``). The segment (2) forms a base stage to the segment (2`), and the body compresses on itself by inversion of the segment (2) into the other segments (2`, 2``, 2```) under an effect of a pressure force. The segment (2) has a height (h) in an extension direction (D), and each of the other segments has a height (h`) which is double the height of the segment (2).
