The device has prefabricated vibrated reinforced concrete modules each being composed of installation footers (1), a vertical wall acting as a retaining wall (2) and a support (3) permitting to install a sun deck. The modules are installed on the respective installation footers. The wall acts as partition wall between the water part and the land part. The modules are assembled at the side of each other for forming a structure of a swimming pool e.g. private swimming pool.
