The enclosure (1) has finned tubes, where a part of the finned tubes has a connection unit connected to a water supply circuit of a water storage (10) for supplying water inside the finned tubes. The finned tubes made of a heat conducting material are reheated under an action of solar radiation and permit to heat the water supply circuit inside the finned tubes. The tubes are externally covered with a transparent material letting to pass the solar radiation, and cover uprights (2) in a coaxial or spiral manner.
