PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passbook issuing system in which a customer can freely select a design image and information to be printed on a surface of a passbook when the customer produces the passbook which is to be issued commonly among a plurality of financial institutions belonging to a financial institution group. PSOLUTION: A passbook issuance request reception server 3 receives account opening information transmitted from a customer terminal device 1 or account opening information transmitted from a financial institution terminal device 21. A data collecting unit 316 performs a collection process of the account opening information via an account opening information input screen (web page). A passbook producing unit 317 stores the design image of the passbook included in the account opening information into a design image area 71 by passbook print format data 7 (another drawing), then a name of a financial institution included in the account opening information is embedded into a financial institution print area 73, and a branch office name included in the account opening information is embedded into a branch office name print area 74.
