PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, and the like, for measuring demodulation characteristics of a quadrature demodulator.;SOLUTION: The demodulation characteristic measurement device 30 measures the demodulation characteristics of the quadrature demodulator 20, having (1) an in-phase multiplier 26I which multiples an input signal by a local signal to output an I signal; and (2) a quadrature multiplier 26Q, which multiplies the input signal by a quadrature local signal to output a Q signal and is provided with a discrete Fourier transform part 302I for I signal which performs discrete Fourier transform to the I signal, in a state where N input signals exist (where N is a natural number 3 or larger), frequencies of the N input signals equals the number of local signals and phases of the N input signals are different by each (360/N) degrees; a discrete Fourier transform part 302Q which performs the discrete Fourier transform to Q signal in the state, a DC offset acquisition part 310 which acquires the demodulation characteristics, based on the output of the discrete Fourier transform part 302I for I signal and output of the discrete Fourier transformation part 302Q for Q signal, a gain balance acquisition part 318 and a quadrature degree acquisition part 324.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
