PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery control technique in an under-screen air chamber type wet gravity sorter, by which the substance to be recovered can be sorted with good precision regardless of its kind.;SOLUTION: A recovery control apparatus, which is arranged in the under-screen air chamber type wet gravity sorter (10) provided with: a sorting chamber (12) in which the substance to be sorted is thrown; a pulsating chamber (14) positioned below the sorting chamber; and a screen positioned between the sorting chamber and the pulsating chamber, is provided with one pressure sensor arranged at a predetermined place in the sorting chamber or a plurality of pressure sensors (22a, 22b) arranged at predetermined places in the sorting chamber at regular intervals in the vertical direction. The recovery of the substance to be sorted is controlled on the basis of the beforehand-acquired data on the pressure to be generated when the pulsation of a sorting medium is applied to two or more layer depths of the substance to be sorted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
