PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively introduce suitable functions for a user among the functions of a predetermined device in consideration of the trend of a market.;SOLUTION: This device accepts input of attribute information of the user including at least the information indicating the user's expertise, stores the attribute information of the user whose input has been accepted, stores the attribute information of the functions including at least the information indicating the user's expertise which is targeted by each function, stores the evaluation information of each function set up based on research of the market for each of the plurality of functions, retrieves the functions suitable to the user among the plurality of functions based on the stored attribute information of the user, the attribute information of the function, and the evaluation information of the function, and introduces the retrieved functions to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
