PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote article sales inherent in a particular automatic vending machine.;SOLUTION: When a control part 11 of the automatic vending machine 1 judges that identification information of an IC card 31 used for payment coincides with winning information stored in a storing part 17, a sales function part 16 ejects an article 35. When the identification information does not coincide with the winning information, a winning probability is set, and a lottery function part 15 makes a lottery on the basis of the winning probability stored as probability information 27 by a storing part 17.
