COMPOSITION FOR EVALUATING BONDABILITY TO G PROTEIN CONJUGATE-TYPE RECEPTOR AND BONDABILITY EVALUATION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for evaluating bondability of a test compound to a G protein conjugate-type receptor (GPCR) simply at a high throughput. PSOLUTION: A composition is preferably used for evaluating the bondability of a tested substance to the GPCR, with the composition made by adding dithiodipyridine to a base solution containing fusion protein comprising chaperonin subunits or chaperonin subunit joint bodies joined to a desired GPCR at the N-end side thereof. In this composition, a stored GPCR is exposed by the de-ringing of chaperonin rings. This bondability evaluation method with respect to a GPCR also provided includes a process for adding a test compound to the composition to put a test substance into contact with a GPCR in the fusion protein.
