PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pulling out an agglomerate and a method therefor, for which an inexpensive hydraulic apparatus on the market with a short construction period can be used, with respect to a device and method for pulling out an agglomerate produced in a reaction vessel.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to the device for pulling out the agglomerate produced in a bottomed cylindrical reaction vessel from the reaction vessel. The device is composed of: a reaction vessel for holding an agglomerate; a pulling out bar for pressing the agglomerate; a hydraulic cylinder for driving the pulling out bar; a support stand for holding the reaction vessel and the hydraulic cylinder; and a holding claw which is connected to the hydraulic cylinder and inserted into the pulling out bar, so as to transfer the driving force of the hydraulic cylinder. The pulling out bar is alternately composed of a diameter-expanded parts in which the diameter of each cross section is large and groove parts in which the diameter of each cross section is relatively small. After the inserting of the holding claw into the groove parts of the pulling out bar, the driving force of the hydraulic cylinder is transferred to the pulling out bar via the holding claw, and the driving force is applied to the bottom part of the agglomerate held inside the reaction vessel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
