PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining system which can add a new water section facility to an existing building without carrying out construction work on a large scale.;SOLUTION: The draining system is formed of a foundation penetration pipe 2 and an auxiliary foundation penetration pipe 3 which is arranged so as to penetrate a foundation 20 similarly to the foundation penetration pipe 2. The auxiliary foundation penetration pipe 3 is inserted in bar arrangement before placement of concrete for the foundation 20, and fixed to the foundation 20 by placing the concrete. When a toilet 35 is additionally constructed, a flexible pipe 32 is inserted into the auxiliary foundation penetration pipe 3, and one end of a joint pipe 4 is connected to an outside end 39 of the flexible pipe 32. On the other hand, the other end of the joint pipe 4 is connected to a catch basin 5 newly set in the vicinity of a closet 61 where the toilet 35 is additionally constructed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
