PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since only conventional inspection is not sufficient for more enhancing construction quality, there is possibility that objectivity is missing in self-inspection, and it is possible for a property purchaser only to confirm the finished section of a building, and it is difficult to visit the job site, and to confirm the circumstances in a construction process, and that since the inspection results of the construction to be stored are huge, there are problems to be solved for the way of arrangement/storage even when the inspection results are integrated into electronic data.;SOLUTION: This quality management system is provided with an input means for inputting property information, construction inspection processes, construction inspection results and construction progress circumstances or the like; a storage means for storing and managing input information; a communication means for communicating through a communication network with a server from a terminal such as a PC; an information processing means for performing the application/approval processing of the precise selection processing or inspection results of pictures to be used as inspection results; a display means for browsing the inspection results or the progress status of the construction; and a printing means for outputting "quality audit reports".;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
