PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical double-puncture needle set which permits bone to be punctured and the spinal fluid to be sucked from the medullary cavity.;SOLUTION: The medical double-puncture needle 10 is composed of a cylindrical outer needle 11 with a blade portion 13 formed at the tip, a solid inner needle 12 stored in the outer needle, a needle base 15 fixed to the base of the outer needle and a cap 23 fixed to the base of the inner needle. The needle base 15 has an outer needle engagement portion 16 engaging with the base of the outer needle, a held portion 18 held by a rotary tool, a suction portion 17 connected with a suction tool, and a male thread 19 formed on the periphery.
