PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item content determination program, an item content determination device and an item content determination method to enable reduction of the risk of malpractice. PSOLUTION: When reading the item contents which are the contents for each item registered for each patient from a patient information storage part and outputting the contents to a predetermined output part as electronic medical statement of the patient, in order to determine whether or not the read item contents are correct, a determination value corresponding to the patient number which identifies the patient uniquely for each item content registered for each patient is maintained in the patient information storage part, it is determined whether or not the read item content matches the item content corresponding to the patient number using the determination value maintained in the patient information storage part, and the determined result is notified to the predetermined output part.
