PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain actual viewing and listening information. PSOLUTION: A picked-up image apparatus side acquires picked-up image data of user's visible field sight. It detects whether a display image with possibility of a broadcasting image is included in picked-up image data or not, and if it is included, extracts discrimination data for discriminating a broadcasting program. For example, it extracts all of the display images, or a part of them, characters, marks, codes, etc. It transmits the discrimination data to a server device. The server device side specifies the broadcasting program by image check, mark analysis, code analysis, etc. from the received discrimination data, and generates viewing and listening information (for example, information of an audience rating, or a number of viewers) according to the specified result.
