PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond polishing tool repeatedly usable by being reproduced, even if an uneven shape after using the tool is deformed due to wear, without falling of diamond fine particles (broken pieces) and without the risk of metal contamination, etc., a method for preparing the diamond polishing tool, and a method for reproducing the diamond polishing tool.;SOLUTION: In this diamond polishing tool, the uneven shape 4 to be a cutting blade is formed in at least a part of a surface of a diamond flat plate 1.
