PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer for achieving speedup of occurrence cause analysis performed by a user when a failure occurs without complicating its structure, a failure cause analysis support method for the autoanalyzer, and its program.;SOLUTION: If the failure occurs in this autoanalyzer used for analyzing components of a specimen by reacting the specimen with a reagent, the autoanalyzer displays its occurrence spot and then displays a cause candidate which is a candidate for the cause of occurrence corresponding to the failure. If a conformity input is done showing that the displayed cause candidate is the cause of occurrence, this autoanalyzer displays a handling method for the cause of occurrence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
