PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube having improved workability at the time of forming an air bag by sticking a hoop reinforcing layer for reinforcing its rigidity properly, an air bag for a safety tire using the tube and the safety tire. PSOLUTION: The tire 1 is constituted of resilient material. An air bag of hollow tubular shape for a safety tire is constituted of a ring-like hoop reinforcing layer 2 which is stuck to the outer periphery of the tube 1 by using a roller 3. A reinforcing member 4 having a higher rigidity than that of the resilient material is arranged in at least of a base part B and a side part S. With this arrangement, the rigidity of the side part S and the base part B of the tube 1 is improved, so that a deformation of the tube 1 is less when the hoop reinforcing layer 2 is pushed against the tube 1 by the roller 3 and the shape of the tube 1 is stabilized.
