PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid impoliteness to a partner at electronic business card exchange.;SOLUTION: When performing business card exchange by transmitting and receiving electronic business card showing user's personal information between mobile terminals, an exchange voiceprint which is a voiceprint of a user of a counterpart mobile terminal who has exchanged the electronic business card is stored; the voiceprint of an exchange counterpart candidate who turns into the candidate of the exchange partner of the electronic business card is acquired; an acquired exchange counterpart candidate's voiceprint and stored exchange voiceprint are collated; judgment is made whether there is any voiceprint in agreement; and a judgment result is reported to the mobile terminal.
