PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dispatching management system for delivery vehicles, capable of efficiently performing dispatching management and traffic control, and to provide a traffic control system.;SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatching management device 200 performs processing, such as load information classification tabulating processing for classifying received loads by kind, size, and delivery destination of each load, etc., based on load information included in vehicle information to be received from an on-vehicle system 10 via a communication network N, to perform tabulation, and processing for comparing the classification tabulating result with collection and delivery base information, including the conveying ability and number of the vehicles, etc., to be received from a plurality of delivery centers 30 arranged in each collection and delivery base via the communication network N, determining the conveying ability and number of the vehicles to be dispatched in the respective delivery centers 30, and transmitting the dispatch information to the corresponding delivery centers 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
