PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital copying machine capable of reducing loads which may be generated by the reception of a mail and may exert influence on the processing of other jobs.;SOLUTION: In an e-mail system comprising a network and a plurality of terminals connected to the network, one terminal (terminal A) is provided with a terminal inherent information database for storing the identifiers of respective terminals and inherent data indicating inherent information included in respective terminals in relation with each other and an e-mail processing means for entering an e-mail 1 from a mail server to the terminal A, and in the case of transmitting an e-mail 2 from the terminal A to the other terminal (terminal B) on the basis of the e-mail 1, extracting corresponding inherent data from the terminal inherent information database on the basis of the identifier specified by the e-mail 1, preparing the e-mail 2 by processing the entered e-mail 1 on the basis of the extracted inherent data, and transmitting the e-mail 2 to the terminal B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
