PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency wire which can sufficiently reduce a power loss generated by a high-frequency current and has a structure not disturbing wiring and easily manufactured and has a connector easily installed, and a wiring harness having the same high-frequency wire, a manufacturing method for a high-frequency wire, and a manufacturing device for manufacturing the high-frequency wire.;SOLUTION: The high-frequency wire has a litz wire in which a plurality of element wires forming insulating films on outer peripheries are twisted. The longitudinal direction of the litz wire is set up to be a Z direction, and the whole element wires are extended in a wavy-line shape in the Z direction while respective X-Y coordinates are regularly changed in order or at random so that the element wires are uniformly and evenly disposed to the inside and outside of the litz wire when respective positions of the element wires passing a face orthogonal to the Z direction are viewed by X-Y coordinates.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
