PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for shooting a perform to be shot in a television program or movie in such a way that a viewer is enabled to feel that the shot person is just speaking or performing while directing his/her visual line toward the viewer when the shot perform reads contents or his/her lines of a manuscript or items to make contact from a director. PSOLUTION: In a shooting method of the present invention, on a display device just in front of a person to be shot in a television program or movie, contents or his/her lines of a manuscript or items to make contact from a director are displayed. While reading them, the person to be shot is shot by a shooting apparatus placed in a central cavity of the display device 1 or an imaging element 3 integrated in the center of the display device, so that the person to be shot is shot in such a manner that a viewer is enabled to feel that the shot person is speaking or performing while directing his/her visual line toward the viewer.
