THREE-PHASE BALANCER AND THREE-PHASE BALANCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase balancer which dispenses with electronic components such as semiconductors or the like to enhance the reliability of a device and can suppress the device cost, and a three-phase balancing method.;SOLUTION: The three-phase balancer includes a phase shifting part 2 which adjusts the phases and levels of the line voltages V_{red white}, V_{white blue}, V_{blue red} taken out from three phase voltage with a phase shifter to generate the line voltages α²V_{red white}/3, αV_{white blue}/3, α²V_{white blue}/3, αV_{blue red}/3, a transformation part 1 which generates the line voltages V_{red white}/3, V_{blue red}/3 obtained by adjusting the levels of the line voltages V_{red white}, V_{blue red} with a transformer, and a generation means which generates a reversed-phase voltage E₂ by connecting the line voltages V_{red white}/3, α2V_{white blue}/3, αV_{blue red}/3 and also generates a reversed-phase voltage α²E₂ from the line voltages α²V_{red white}/3, αV_{white blue}/3, V_{blue red}/3. The transformation part 1 generates a positive-phase voltage E₁ from the line voltage V_{red white} and the reversed-phase voltage E₂, a positive-phase voltage α²E₁ from the line voltage V_{white blue} and the reversed-phase voltages E₂, α²E₂, and a positive-phase voltage α²E₁ from the line voltage V_{blue red} and the reversed voltage α²E₂.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
