IMAGE FILTERING DEVICE, IMAGE FILTERING PROGRAM AND IMAGE FILTERING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed image filtering device, an image filtering program and an image filtering method for reducing a calculation frequency more than a median filter, with the effect such as the same smoothing as the median filter and omission reduction in a noise removing image. PSOLUTION: An ultrasonic image filtering method calculates an output value corresponding to input, by using respective picture element values of a predetermined range as an input matrix 32 with a predetermined picture element of image data as a reference position 31. First of all, respective elements of respective lines of the input matrix 32 are sorted with every row. Next, a partial matrix 34 composed of a line including the reference position 31 and its peripheral line, having the line number smaller than the line number of the input matrix 32 and having the row number equal to the row number of the input matrix 32, is extracted from a matrix of a sorted result.
