PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of performing measurement in a plurality of temperature zones by a mechanism for measuring only a detection object without being influenced by a temperature, omitting a process for cleaning or the like, and measuring intermolecular interaction more simply with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: In this method, a detection element having a plurality of metal-including structures onto which molecules for verification having affinity to detection object molecules are immobilized and a substrate onto which the metal-including structures are immobilized is prepared, and the detection element is brought into contact with a specimen to generate a reaction in the plurality of temperature zones, and then light is irradiated and detection is performed. This device wherein an element for detecting a localized plasmon resonance is installed and used has a reaction container, a light source, a light receiving mechanism, a temperature adjusting mechanism, a conversion mechanism for converting light into a signal, and a mechanism for performing operation and verification.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
