PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of complicated in structure of conventional headrests, in which height adjustment is performed by an operation button provided on a headrest support in a projectable/retractable way, a stop piece fixed to the operation button, and notchs provided on the stop piece and on one surface side of a headrest stay, and in which locking and unlocking of the headrest are performed by engagement/removal of a lock notch part provided on the other surface side of the headrest stay and the lock stop piece of the operation button or a tool. PSOLUTION: In the headrest, a first notch for coming-off prevention, and a second notch for height adjustment are provided on the headrest support of the vehicle and on one surface side of the headrest stay penetrating the headrest support, and the operation button is provided in such a way that a stop piece to be stopped to each notch is movably provided.
