PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a membrane/electrode junction body used for measuring an ion conductivity, capable of obtaining an accurate measured value irrespective of a wire size of a voltage electrode, and capable of maintaining excellent reproducibility and stability. PSOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the membrane/electrode junction body of the present invention including two stages of hot-press treatments, current electrode membranes 26, 27 are manufactured by embedding voltage membranes 23, 24 respectively into current introduction membranes 21, 22, in the first stage hot-press treatment, and a test membrane 25 is hot-pressed under the condition sandwiched with the current electrode membranes 26, 27 manufactured in the first stage hot-press treatment, in the second stage hot-press treatment.
