ACTIVE DEFENSIVE METHOD AGAINST MISSILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active defensive method against a missile capable of detecting the approaching missile to reduce explosive power of the missile, to reduce a sensor function of the missile, or to make an advancing path guided erroneously.;SOLUTION: The flyingly coming missile 8 is detected by a nondirectional radar with a nondirectional transmission antenna 1 and a nondirectional reception antenna 3 arranged on an automobile, a portion in the automobile of colliding with the missile 8 is predicted based thereon, an explosive box 24 equipped in an automobile side, in the vicinity of a collision portion, is selectively fired before the missile 8 collides, to reduce the explosive power of the missile 8, and damage of the automobile is reduced thereby.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
