PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which an advantage of a metal tube cooler is combined with an advantage of a thermoplastic material tube. PSOLUTION: This heat exchanger is provided with a fluid transfer tube 10 comprising a thermoplastic material for forming a coil shape, and the tube is provided with at least one bent portion 13 having at least one serpentine portion 12, in the heat exchanger. The present invention discloses a cooling circuit and a fuel circuit equipped with a pipe connected to the heat exchanger, and a vehicle attached fixedly with the heat exchanger in an outside or an under side of a vehicular body.
