METHOD FOR JUDGING PORCINE'S PARENT AND YOUNG USING DNA MARKER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging porcine's parent and young characterized in comprising detecting a DNA marker containing a microsatellite sequence, and to provide a primer and a kit each for the method. PSOLUTION: The method comprises the following procedure: With the polymorphism of Durock(D) species, large Yorkshire(W) species and Landrace(L) species as indicator, the nonspecific amplification of markers and alleles unclear in amplification and transmission are assessed using a parent-and-young sample, thereby 10 microsatellite markers intended for judging porcine's parent and young and capable of detecting a false sire at a probability of generally 99% or higher, 98% or higher even in a single farm, are selected. Besides, utilizing the difference between amplified fragment lengths, for the purpose of simultaneously analyzing a plurality of markers, primers are designed again, and the mixed ratio for the primers is adjusted.
