PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nano-level ultrafine particles of a molecular organic solid, which have a narrow particle diameter distribution and can be applied in wide fields, such as electronics, photonics, pharmaceuticals or agrichemicals, and to provide a method for producing the ultrafine particles.;SOLUTION: The ultrafine particles are hybrid type organic ultrafine particles which are obtained by sticking one or more kinds of molecular organic solids on the surface of each inorganic fine particle and in which the average particle diameter of primary particles is 6-600 nm. The hybrid type organic ultrafine particles can be obtained by mixing and grinding the inorganic fine particles and one or more molecular organic solids. A dispersion composition of the hybrid type organic ultrafine particles is also obtained by dispersing the obtained hybrid type organic ultrafine particles into a solvent hardly dissolving or not dissolving components of the organic solids.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
