PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet tissue container or the like having an arranging utensil for which the wet tissue container being held by the arranging utensil is surely held by the arranging utensil, and by which a user can easily pull out a wet tissue sheet being housed. PSOLUTION: For this wet tissue container 10, a container side engaging side-surface section 16 and a container side engaging bottom-surface section 17 which can be engaged with the arranging utensil are formed on the side-surface side and the bottom-surface side. The arranging utensil 20 has a container holding section 21 for detachably holding the wet tissue container, and an arrange-fixing section 31 for arrange-fixing the container holding section at a specified position. The container holding section has a mounting section 22 on which the bottom-surface side of the wet tissue container is mounted, and wall-surface sections 23 which are formed in a manner to stand up from the mounting section, and at the same time, are formed to face each other. On the wall-surface section, an arranging utensil side engaging side-surface section 23a for being engaged with the container side engaging side-surface section is formed.
