PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device using superheated steam as its heat source, and capable of performing a treatment with high heat efficiency in a short time by heating to 100-2,300°C in a low oxygen atmosphere.;SOLUTION: In this heat treatment device 1, the superheated steam of a controlled prescribed temperature is injected into a heat treatment chamber 3 from a superheated steam production chamber 4 incorporating an infrared ray pipe heater 14 to which the voltage is applied to heat the introduced steam and to produce the superheated steam, through a mixing injector 5, and various heat treatment is performed on a treated object in the heat treatment chamber 3 by the superheated steam. The superheated steam and a gas in the heat treatment chamber 3 is sucked into a circulation pipe 28, deodorized and filtered by a dry distillation gas treatment device 30, and supplied to the superheated steam production chamber 4 again.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
