PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting system that enables voters to vote in elections from outside their domiciles without going to the designated polls, and can effectively ensure fair election voting.;SOLUTION: In an election management server 10 accessed for voting by a cellphone 20, a verification part 14 matches personal identification information from the cellphone 20 against personal identification information in a user database 41 to perform user verification, and matches user data resulting from the verification against a basic resident register in a basis resident register database 31 to perform voter verification.
