PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which the strength in a strength-deteriorated part can be recovered at the actual spot, and to provide a high-frequency induction heating apparatus which can suitably be used when the strength in the strength-deteriorated part is recovered. PSOLUTION: In order to recover the strength in the strength-deteriorated part in a facility constituted by using a steel-made member, this strength-deteriorated part can be held to heat to the temperature of the ASB3/SBtransporting point or higher of this steel-made member.
