PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siding fastening member capable of improving working efficiency, and a method for mounting and dismounting the siding material using the siding fastening member of this kind.;SOLUTION: The siding fastening member 1 is composed of a cylindrical body shaft portion 10 and a head portion 12 having an engaging part 12 which can be engaged with a tool. Also, a tip end of a cylindrical part 14 provided at the end of the body shaft portion 10 is a flat surface orthogonal to the axial direction of the body shaft portion 10, while at least a part of the peripheral surface of the body shaft portion 10 is threaded. In addition, the method for mounting and dismounting the siding material 2 utilizes the siding fastening member 1. Herewith, the siding material can firmly be mounted and fixed on an outer wall and also the siding fastening member can be driven without damaging the siding material while, since it can be easily pulled out, the time necessary for repair and replacement associated with the damage of the siding material can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
