PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive silicone rubber composition safely giving an electrically conductive silicone rubber sponge of high expansion ratio without the need of long-time postcuring, and to provide the electrically conductive silicone rubber sponge obtained by expanding and curing the above composition.;SOLUTION: The electrically conductive silicone rubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane having in one molecule two or more silicon atom-bound alkenyl groups, (B) 1-100 pts.mass of electrically conductive carbon black, (C) such an amount of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane that the amount of the SiH groups in the component C is 0.01-50 mol% based on the silicon atom-bound alkenyl groups in the component A, (D) an effective amount of a platinum-series metal-based catalyst, (E) 0.01-50 pts.mass of dimethyl 1,1'-azobis(1-cyclohexanecarboxylate) and (F) an organic peroxide.
