PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction method of articles which allows an article to be auctioned among bidders satisfied with a condition which an auction seller desires, a management control device, a control program, and a recording medium having the program recorded therein.;SOLUTION: Since article information suiting particularity information which satisfies bidders is provided by the auction seller at auction (through a designated auction article information transmission means 86), it is unnecessary for bidders to search for articles meeting their desired conditions, and the bidders are freed from complicated troublesome search operation. The auction seller is allowed to designate bidders who may be expected to highly evaluate features of the article, and the article which the auction seller provides is bidden for among the designated bidders, and therefore it is expected that the article which the auction seller provides is knocked down with high value of its features.
